With the support of the Spanish Water Technology Platform (PTEA), the official presentation of our Innovation Ecosystem took place last March 28th
. The conference,
held at the State Research Agency (AEI), was also attended by
of the Center for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI) and the Directorate General of
Water (DGA).
In addition to presenting the keys to our project, the agenda addressed important
strategic issues for the water sector: national and European support and funding programs
, the role of the Spanish Partnership for International Action
Water and a new edition of the PTEA awards. For this purpose, the event counted with the brilliant
interventions of Yasmín Fermín (R&D&I Management, AEI), María José Tomás (Dept.
Institutional Promotion and Territorial Cooperation, CDTI), Lydia González (Dept. of Social Challenges
, CDTI), Marián Serrano (President PTEA) and Conchita Marcuello (Unit of
Support, DGA).
Alicia Andreu (INNO4H2O Coordinator) was in charge of presenting the Ecosystem,
reaffirming the nature of our mission and the suitability of the established objectives,
in a speech that served to introduce the imminent catalog of services that the
project will make available to the market. INNO4H2O is a firm commitment to
innovation aimed at solving the environmental, social and economic challenges posed by
our sector, ensuring an efficient and sustainable management of water resources to
through a sustainable and technological model that manages to develop solutions that
optimize energy consumption and minimize waste.
